GROUND shipping is your default shipping option if you place your order ONLINE. However, if you are placing a large order, you may call in your order details ( 607-754-1182 ) or Email us at Ribbon@RibbonShop.com to see if the order qualifies for expedited shipping.
We charge UPS published rates for your product - the shipping cost will be based on the weight of your order, the location (zip code) it is being delivered to, and the speed with which you need it to arrive.
We also deliver to all U.S. possessions and to APO/FPO addresses via Domestic GROUND USPS. Standard domestic delivery charges apply.
International Destinations
Currently, we ship ribbon to all countries. This website cannot calculate international rates, so if you have any questions about the cost, please email us to receive the S&H rate (determined by your specific address and the type/amount/weight of goods purchased). Any applicable duty and/or taxes will be billed to the package recipient separately after going through your country's customs. No alternate shipping arrangements or fees are made for countries that are close in proximity to the USA, e.g., Canada.
Processing Time
Due to our large variety of product, we don't always have every item in stock to be shipped the day of your order. Please allow 1 week of processing time in addition to the shipping time. If there is a specific date that you need your product by, please indicate in Special Instructions box or through our Ribbon@RibbonShop.com email.
