The colors of ribbon on this web site compared to actual product may vary depending on computer hardware and software used to view the ribbon, as well as ribbon dye-lot variations. RibbonShop.com Inc. is not responsible for colors not matching and does not accept returns on this basis.
Because we realize how important it is that the ribbon you order is the exact color and texture you need, we take orders for ribbon samples. You may email or call us toll-free at 877-742-5142 to request color swatches of specific ribbons. Note, for our most popular ribbons, we will mail 3 colors of 3 different ribbons for no charge. If you want more than that, you will be charged $7.95 handling fee that can be paid for with a Visa or MasterCard.
If you receive defective ribbon, please indicate on a piece of paper the order number and send the package to the following address for a full refund: RibbonShop.com Inc., D.F. Department, 5408 Reserve Blvd., Springfield, IL 62711
