SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Within Contiguous U.S.A.
GROUND shipping is your only shipping option if you place your order ONLINE. However, if you are placing a large order, you may call in your order details (607-754-1182) to see if the order qualifies for expedited shipping.
We charge $9.75 for shipments via Ground Shipment (allow 5-11 business days for delivery).
If your order qualifies for expedited shipping, here are the S&H fees: $14.75 for shipments via 3rd Day Guaranteed (3 business days), $19.50 for shipments via 2nd Day Guaranteed (2 business days), $45.00 for Standard Overnight (end of next business day), and $52.00 for Priority Overnight (by noon next business day and on Saturdays, i.e., to most domestic locations; note, rural locations are often not guaranteed by noon). Incremental handling fees may be charged; it depends upon the size of your order.
We also deliver to all U.S. possessions and to APO/FPO addresses via Domestic GROUND USPS. Standard domestic delivery charges apply.

To Alaska, Hawaii & International Destinations
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via 2nd Day Air ($52.00), but it typically takes between 7-15 business days for delivery.
Currently, we deliver ribbon to all countries except for Mexico and any countries with which the U.S. does not maintain diplomatic relations. All orders with subtotals less than $100 are shipped via USPS First Class ($9.75). Those equal to or more than $100 ship USPS Air ($52.00) and are delivered directly to your door in approximately 7-15 business days.
Any applicable duty and/or taxes will be billed to the package recipient separately by USPS after going through your country's customs. No alternate shipping arrangements or fees are made for countries that are close in proximity to the USA, i.e., Canada.
If you'd like to place an international order online, choose "ALABAMA" as your STATE as you checkout and "United States" as your country. Simply put all the shipping address information in the address, city and zip fields. We will contact you via email if we have any questions.

RETURNS POLICY
All sales are FINAL for ALL ribbon.
The colors of ribbon on this web site compared to actual product may vary depending on computer hardware and software used to view the ribbon, as well as ribbon dye-lot variations. RibbonShop.com Inc. is not responsible for colors not matching and does not accept returns on this basis.
Because we realize how important it is that the ribbon you order is the exact color and texture you need, we take orders for ribbon samples. You may email or call us at 607-754-1182 to request color swatches of specific ribbons. Note, for our most popular ribbons, we will mail 3 colors of 3 different ribbons for no charge. If you want more than that, you will be charged $7.95 handling fee that can be paid for with a Visa or MasterCard.

PAYMENT POLICY FOR BACK ORDERS
The day we submit your order into our computer system is the same day we charge your credit card. The warehouse will ship the goods as soon as they become available again. Our customer service department is not notified when these orders actually ship once the warehouse has more of the goods. So, in order for these back orders to not slip through the cracks, we have a policy that at the time we submit those "special orders" to the warehouse, we charge the customer. In the case of a customer cancelling the order BEFORE it ships, we refund the amount in full.

CATALOG
Order a catalog packet which includes a 61-page color catalog which contains all Offray ribbons, a partial Lion brand ribbon catalog, and an 39-page price sheet (imprinted ribbons, non-Offray/Lion ribbons, and accessory items are not included in the catalog). Note, the pictures in the catalogs of the Offray/Lion ribbons are the same as the images found on this website.
Just go to the order page now to purchase one! Customers are required to pay $7.95 for domestic S&H for one of our catalog packets. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
